Domestic & international shipping

Domestic and international shipping has a flat rate. Domestic, through out the USA is 10$ but can get free shipping with orders os 75$ or more. For international, we only ship to Canada for now, shipping is 18$ usd and you can get free shipping for orders of 125$ or more.

returns & exchanges

There is no returns or exchanges for any pdf files that you purchase. It is stated in the descriptions. There is no refund available for the crochet classes but you can cancel anytime as long as you cancel before the date of the payment. For ready to ship items, if there is an issue with you order contact us at cocoknittedcreations@gmail.com, to be illegible for a refund, we will need to receive the goods so we can process the refund.

damaged or faulty goods

If your package arrives damaged and the products has been damaged, please send us some pictures at cocoknittedcreations@gmail.com so we can see what we can do to make this right.

Processing time:

In date of September 22nd 2022 processing time for orders are 3-5 business days.
